All in-stock orders are dispatched within two business days. Orders received on non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. Business days are counted as being Monday to Friday. Orders are not usually dispatched on public holidays, but there are sometimes exceptions to these policies.
Orders for the UK are normally sent through Royal Mail, however we do use Hermes and other couriers occasionally, depending on what is available and quickest for you. Delivery for this service generally takes between 2 to 5 business days.
International orders can be sent using royal mail and its partner postal services around the world however delivery times can vary anywhere up to 4 weeks for this service.
All orders are made with love and care and we will always ensure your products and gifts are made in a timely manner. Should there be any unexpected delays we will let you know as soon as we can and will keep you updated on the progress.
Please note that any delays due to the post is out of our hands but we will do everything we can to help you if any problems do arise.

Shipping charges vary depending on the products ordered, the destination they are going and whether you choose an tracking or non tracking shipping option. Shipping options are available on the shopping cart page once you have added items to your cart.
Should you choose a non tracking shipping option you agree that if your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, you will not hold Wholeheartedly Gemma responsible for the loss or damage. Once a tracking number is issued, we cannot not re-post the item and we will not provide a refund or a credit. This should be taken up with the delivery service, however we would never want for you to go without so will always do our best to assist you to locate the package and help rectify the issue.
If a parcel is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all delivery charges if they wish for the parcel to be resent.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through a secure payment screen and also encourage the use of PayPal.
Returns and Exchanges
We operate a very fair and reasonable policy when it comes to returns and exchanges. We always want you to be happy with your products and all products go through a thorough double checking process before being posted. However if for any reason you believe there has been an error please contact us within 3 working days to enable us to rectify this as soon as possible for you.
You may choose from having an exchange, credit note or refund.
Customers are responsible for all postage associated with returns or exchanges.
All prices of products are current at the time of purchase. Wholeheartedly Gemma reserves the right to amend these at any point without notice and subject to availability.
